Steve Schack, Director

Steve Schack is the Founder and Director of Clear Blue Associates. Steve brings twenty years of strategic consulting and executive / team development and coaching experience to his work. At Clear Blue Associates, and previously with Ernst & Young and Capgemini, he has built a strong record of achievement working with executives and leadership and project teams on issues including:
- leadership and team effectiveness
- organizational transformation
- change management
- strategic visioning and planning.
Steve’s business education (MBA from George Washington University and BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University) is coupled with Leadership Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, the only university-based coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a certified coach with the ICF and a member of its New York chapter, the regional alumni coordinator for the Georgetown Coaching program, and a faculty coach in the Executive MBA program at the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
Sandra Carrigan, Senior Associate
Sandra Carrigan is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in assessing, designing, delivering, coaching and measuring learning and performance solutions. Her expertise is in developing high-performing individuals, teams, and organizations. Sandra excels at modeling, teaching, and coaching communication skills including leadership, interpersonal, presentation and writing skills. She is an expert in translating “soft” skills into measurable behaviors that result in increased personal productivity and bottom-line results.
Sandra worked for Franklin Covey for 12 years, in the U.S. and Canada, serving as a training consultant, facilitator, product manager for Communication Skills, internal sales coach, and training director. She earned her doctorate in Education from George Washington University, and is a certified leadership coach through Georgetown University. Sandra is a faculty member at the Schulich Executive Education Center. Schulich School of Business at York University is ranked among the world’s top 15 international business schools.
Jewel Ray Chaudhuri, Senior Associate
Jewel Ray Chaudhuri specializes in strategies that promote healthy organizational cultures, enhance the development of leaders, and encourage personal growth and learning. Bringing over twenty years experience and a strong background in management development and training to her current role, Jewel has worked on projects focused on:
- cross-cultural/international leadership development
- strategic planning
- 360 degree feedback, development planning, and leadership coaching.
Jewel holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organization Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, an M.A. from Fielding, and an M.A. from the Milano Graduate School of the New School for Social Research. She is currently participating in Newfield Network’s Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery Program, an accredited certification program of the International Coaching Federation. Jewel is a member of the New York Chapters of the ICF and the Organization Development Network. She is the author of Engaging in Conversations: A New Tool for Team Identity Empowerment, published in Empowerment in Organizations (1998).
